WCP Self-Help 2 — Suitability Assessment

Written Cognitive Psychotherapy (WCP)

Do you belong to those who have realized that mental health is not a service of the healthcare system, but an achievement of the self-thinking human being upon themselves? Psychological disorders are based on learned cognitive errors — and what has been learned can be unlearned. Your problem: No one has taught you how this works. Fleeting conversations never achieve the quality of sound, written instruction. It is no different in psychotherapy. This is where Written Cognitive Psychotherapy (WCP), introduced by Psychotherapist Dietmar Luchmann, comes in: It is the user manual for your brain.

Is Written Cognitive Psychotherapy Suitable for You?

The Psychotherapy Suitability Assessment¹ reveals to you anonymously and free of charge in two minutes whether Written Cognitive Psychotherapy is recommended for you as an online therapy form. This risk-free self-assessment is the first step to immediately receiving a therapy slot² for WCP.

Please answer every statement. If an answer is missing, no evaluation is possible.
